There’s plenty on offer if you need a writing service. There’s essays, problem solving, report writing, and more available to you. There’s even resume writing and business proposal writing, too. However, we did notice that there were no editing services. This is something more and more students are asking for, so it seems foolish to exclude it.

Quality of Writers – 5/10

The quality of writers is possibly the most important thing anyone wants to know.. Past customers have reported in reviews that essays from OzEssay were mostly fine, but they weren’t exceptional. What was worrying were the instances of plagiarism that have been noticed in their writing. Students have reported having to obtain a refund as they couldn’t use the essay as given to them.

Prices – 5/10

If you order a 1 page undergraduate essay, to be written within one week, you can expect to pay AU$23.40 with OzEssay.com.au. This is a rather reasonable price, compared to other writing sites. There does appear to be a discount deal, but you need to log in/sign in and talk with the customer service team to get it. If you’re happy to do that, you could get a good amount of money off your order.

Deadlines – 3/10

Past customers, in their reviews, always have a lot to say about deadlines. After all, you need to know that you’re getting your essay in time for your own deadline. At Oz Essay, it’s been seen that the vast majority of work is delivered on time. Some have found, though, that their essays came after the deadline had passed. This isn’t too encouraging when it’s vital you get your work in time.

Customer Service – 6/10

You can get in touch with customer services quite easily if you need to, with the contact support number, or the free live chat if you sign up for an account. You can ask about the promotion code, how to get a refund, or general questions about ordering. It’s a decent service, but it can be slow to respond.

OzEssay, on the whole, are an ordinary place to order your papers from. From what we’ve seen they’re decent, but they haven’t blown us away. Their prices are good, but you need to sign up for the promotion codes. The writing is hit and miss, too. Possibly worth find a service among the best in AU.
