Using the services tab at the top of the website’s navigation bar, you’ll find that the website actually only offers five unique services. These include essay writing, essay editing, presentation help and essay help (such as providing you with answers and resources that can help you complete your work).

Although these may seem like quite common services, always remember that many of the leading and reputable services can offer in excess of 50+ services and therefore may be better suited for handling your assignment.

Pricing – 2/10

Unfortunately, Edusson doesn’t operate a fixed-pricing system so you can work out your price and pay it. Instead, you’ll need to fill out an order form which then puts your job in front of a collection of freelance writers which will then bid their best price.

Although you have the choice of which writer you want to use, this is incredibly risky as you have no way of knowing if the writer is actually qualified. Likewise, freelance writers tend to keep their prices high, so you’ll more than likely find a more affordable service elsewhere.

Content Quality – 4/10

You’ll be able to find a testimonials page at the bottom of the website. However, once on this page, you’ll only see a handful of reviews from past customers that, although dated and rated, don’t provide any real information on what the service is actually like.

Searching online for more in-depth reviews, I discovered many mixed reviews of the website, some customers claiming that the service was alright and did the job, whereas others complained their writer was terrible, and some of their content was very poorly written and contained high levels of plagiarism.

Referring to the contact page, you’ll find a link to the live chat feature of the website, a single support email address for customers and one for writers but that’s it. There’s no phone numbers, no dedicated department email addresses, no social media links, no Skype contact or any other forms of communication.
